I was charged $5 for additional charges on my last bill that I believe is a mistake. how do I get this corrected?

@Bob, your best bet would be to look at the detailed billing through self serve, and let us know what those $5 for additional usage is for. We are users just like you.

After looking at the detailed billing (download ebill from self serve and look at page 3), if you still think this is an incorrect charge you will have to contact Koodo to dispute it with them. You can call or message through facebook or twitter dm. Links are at the bottom of the page.

Did you go to the US recently, those charged might be because you texted in the US. 5$ for 100 texts.
