I was charged 3 times and it only registered as one payment

I was trying to top up my prepaid account and it wasn't working and I check my bank account and later found out I was charged 3 times and my koodo prepaid account only registered as one payment, how do i get back my money or at the very least add the other 2 charges to my account?

Hi Robin,

You should see a positive balance on the Overview page when you login to self serve prepaid. If your baseplan was up for renewal, funds are applied to satisfy the amount of the baseplan first, automatically. The remainder of your money is 'banked' and can be put toward a talk or data booster.
