I believe there is a discrepancy on my bill regarding US Roaming Txt Msgs. I was charged $10 for 97 texts sent when the billing is $5 for 100 texts sent as per the notification I was sent by Koodo via text when I crossed the border.

The close day of your bill cycle LC is the 11 of every month. On that day (in December) you sent a few text messages. The charges for those ($5) only made into the current bill plus the additional texts. The five dollars for 100 texts is per bill cycle. Hope this explains things.

Ok, I can see that once I go back to the usage charts, but shouldn't the first $5 charge then have been on my previous bill?
Either way,
Thanks,

Because roaming is done (in this case) on US networks there can be slight delays for us to get the info from US carrier. Since the messaging occurred on the day of your bill cycle it looks like it didn't make it into the previous invoice. Sometimes that happens.
