I was billed three times to pay off my tab balance

My tab balance was $300.  I called in December 17th to upgrade to a new plan and was advised I had to pay off my tab which I agreed to.  The rep got approval for the new plan but she had trouble processing the tab payoff.  Now my December 17th bill shows 3 x $300 charges for the tab payoff:

Also, I received a tab charge adjustment credit of $15 but that should be $16.80 since I paid tax on the $15. My bill needs to be adjusted to remove the 2 additional $300 charges plus a credit of $1.80 for the tax on the tab charge.

No worries, it is clear that is an error... During promo time system was a bit overloaded and that might've caused this...

Make sure you get in contact with koodo before your bill is due to make proper adjustments assuming that this only for 1 line!
