I want to upgrade my plan on the koodo self serve app for android but it only shows what i have, not other plans.

I'm not impressed that if I call them to do it for me I'll be charged $10. Not impressed.

Do you currently have a tab on the old tab system? That could be it. You only get charged the amounts indicated on "call us" if it's something that you're able to do yourself online but choose not to. If you can't see anything, that's different. Do you se anything more on self-serve using a browser?
