I want to return my SIM card. I did not activate my account due to many errors. I will stick with my current provider. How do I sent this back and not be billed for it?

Got it.
You ordered Sim online and tried to set up as BYOD .
If you want to cancel the service, you just need to contact Koodo and request it. You don’t need to return your SIM. ( It’s not like Japanese cell system ;) )

Which part is sarcasm?
I don’t even know you are Japanese or not. I’m Japanese and I’ve used Japanese cell plan. So, I just mentioned it from my experience.

I set up an account and it says that it's waiting for the owner to confirm the account.  It's been done but still have the same error.   If it's this difficult to set up a SIM i don't want it.   I'm fine with my current provider.

I am not sure what the error message was and why you couldn't activate your account properly. You could send message to Koodo facebook to ask them to look into the problem for you (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo).

To cancel your account, you need to contact Koodo directly. As you don't have Koodo service yet, you could call their toll-free number 1 (866) 995-6636.

If you ordered a sim card online then the sim arrives already activated. All that is required to use the service is to insert the sim into your phone. It sounds like you had trouble setting up your self serve login. This error typically occurs because koodo sends an account setup email to the address you provided when you ordered. If you try to manually setup an account instead of following the link in the email, the system sees that as a secondary login, which means that it must be approved by someone using the main login before it will be allowed to access the account.

Thanks for your response.   I did follow the link that was sent to me and that was the error I received.  In any event, I have dealt with it with a telephone representative.  Thank you
