My Bill says it has charged my credit card;
1. I would like to know if the bill has been settled and if yes, or no, what is my current balance to be paid?
2. My credit card has changed and i am going to update for pre authorised payments, but wanted to confirm if the previous bills have been paid and when effectively will my next bill be charged to my credit card.
3. I have changed my plan online and i cant confirm if new bill has taken that into count effectively and its current status 
4. Requesting for a call back from the customer service.

Hi Shripad,

Have you logged into self serve and downloaded your PDF ebill?

If you have pre-authorized payments enabled, then you can see your pdf ebill or the day they will charge your credit card.
If you paid manually with credit card, it should update your self serve balance owing summary in a day or two.

Yes if you sign up for pre-auth, it would be effective for your next billing cycle.

If you changed your plan online, then you bill will be updated next billing cycle for this.

We can help you with all your questions here and you dont even have to wait on hold.  I started writing this reply 2 mins after you posted your question.  Dont you think this is much faster?

I HAVENT RECEIVED MY NEW CREDIT CARD YET, ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS OF PAYING THE BILL, i HAVE TRIED PAYING IT THROUGH MY FRIEND'S CREDIT CARD, DINT WORK, Please help me..
Also, i have paid through my bank account and the amount is deducted from my account but it is not reflecting in my KOODOS account.

Please let me know the options if i can pay through phone and i have just seen, the bill has almost been doubled,

You could also visit a Koodo store. They do not take cash, so you credit or debit card will be needed.
