What stops you from paying Hasiu? You can pay online at our self serve site, you can pay via the automated phones sustem, you can pay through your bank. What seems to be the trouble?

There are many options to pay it. It is very strange that you have to ask how to pay it. If you are having trouble paying it you have to explain in more detail.
