I want to change my rate plan on-line, but I am getting the following message: "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later". I will soon go over my data limit and want to change ASAP. It is the weekend so I cannot contact Koodo. Is there an other way I can change my rate plan without having to call Koodo?

If self serve does not work, you will have to call in.  Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache from your browser?

And technically once your change your plan, your minutes and data are pro-rated so you dont get the full amount from the previous plan or the new plan you have chosen.

Hours of operation (local time):
  • Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 7pm
  • Sunday: 9am - 7pm

@ Robert, did yo try to refresh the page as it was suggested? Have you managed to change plans?
