I want to change my plan after being on hold. But, plan that I was on before has gone from $28 to $40.Do I really have to change provider?

I want to change my plan after putting my phone on hold. However, my plan that I was on before has gone from being $28 to $40. Do I really have to change provider to pay what I was paying three months ago?

Hi Heather,

You are not able to resume your old plan after a hold. You loose your grandfathered plan and must select a new current market plan.

Hello heather. Unfortantely when your on seasonal hold you lose your current(at the time) plan deal. Which looks like it was a decently old plan. When u come back from seasonal you must pick from one of the current market plans. Sorry if this causes u an inconvenience. Also, No other provider will give u what u had for that price. As koodo is rather equal with other budget providers.
