I want to change my current plan to new plan but I can't

I am on a $45 plan including 500 minutes and 500MB.
I brought my own phone so I owe nothing to Koodo and receive 10% discount every month for bringing my own phone so I pay $43 after tax.

I saw there are new plans and these are cheaper than old plans.
I like to choose $33 plan including 300 minutes and 300MB but I cannot do that online.
What should I do to change my current plan to new plan?

All I could see was old plans when I tried to changed my plan.

You will have to call customer service to make the change to a new plan from an old one. Keep in mind that there is no extra discount for bringing your own device with new plans, it's already built into the price of the plan.
