This company ia a nightmare. I've been with Koodo 3 days and I can't cancel my account fast enough - mostly because customer service appears to be non-existent. Is there a way to get out of this mess without waiting for hours on the phone? It all started with trying to use self service to change my plan and start a tab, but the plan I want isn't an option. The folks at the kiosk told me the plan is available but they couldn't switch it, so I tried calling - what a joke.
