You can download your pdf ebill via self serve and look at page 3 for a breakdown of charges.

You should have received Email from Koodo to create your self serve account.

Is this a secret???  I want to know how to set up an ebill account.  I now only receive paper and i am in colombia so am not receiving my paper mail!!!!!

You need Registering for Self Serve first.
Can you check your inbox ,junk folders?

I did that and you koodo says \i have another email and |i do not!!!  what the hell is going on??  Do you not want me to have an ebill???

Four things:
1) This is not a chat. It is a forum where Koodo customers share information to support one another.
2) The instructions for completing a registration are here.
3) If you tried to create a login without having followed the steps in 2), then you will need to contact Koodo so they can delete the second login you tried to create so you can follow the steps in 2).
4) You can contact Koodo in a number of ways. I suggest a private message to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account as being a better choice than a call to *611.

 they won't let me do anything...I am hungup.  I have not had that email address for 4 years.

We wouldn't have known that. :-) If you can access that email still you can recover your Koodo password through that. If not, unfortunately tomorrow is when we can help. 

Does the explanation I gave you for your bill makes sense?

Did you try using the ‘Forgot Password’ link from the yahoo.ca address? It will send a link to your yahoo.ca email so you can login.
