I’ve been on hold waiting for a hour to speed to a rep! I was charged a extra $5.00 the last 2 months and I want to know why!

Look at the pdf of your bill it will explain all charges. Also When calling customer service try calling immediately at 9am or you'll be waiting like you're experiencing now as the lines get flooded for pretty much all day after that.

Have you traveled to the US Tracy? On page 3 of your pdf invoice the it does show the $5 charge and what it was for.
