I used to have five essentials but they are gone now...and I can't re-add the add-on. Why?

I used to have five essentials, but I haven't updated in a long long time. I went to update today and they are gone. Why? Is it because my phone is now 'paid for' and I'm on monthly instead of a plan? I went to add it in ADD ONS but when I click it, I go to page with ADD ONS and it's not there? Confusing!

If you had it before but removed it I'm sorry to say it's no longer offered so that's why you can't add it

 I never removed it, I just hadn't used in forever. how could it just 'be gone'?

If you have on your account Christine you haven't lost. We have very few customers left with 5 Essentials because for the extra $10 it cost most people just picked an unlimited plan. You can still update your numbers just not online. Give us a call and we will help you out.
