I upgraded my phone and want to change plan to a cheaper one, but the website says I can't until 14 days have passed, it's been 17 days

I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S7 and want to change plans from $60/month to $55/month. The website says I have to wait 14 days to change. It's been 17 days now, please tell me why I still can't change plans.

You can only change plans once per billing cycle. Have you recently changed your plan or recently signed up with Koodo?

Hello Kim,

If you recently changed your plan ore just signe up, you will need to call Koodo to change your plan for something that's better (for example, same plan but cheaper).
