What error if any are you getting Leo? We use Canada Post's address verification so if there is a match there it shouldn't be a problem.

Your billing address indeed shows Montee Hamilton on our side as of right now. Not sure if I follow what the challenge is Joel.

I still see Hamilton Montée on the Koodo website. You might see it correctly on your side, but on my computer on the Koodo website it still shows as Hamilton Montée.

Just to confirm you are getting an error message Joel when you are trying to order a phone? Here is what we have as address, so I'll have to look into that.

Thank you, Bernard.  I'm planning on visiting a Koodo kiosk this Wednesday and see if they can help get a new phone. I'm pretty sure this is the same problem I encountered when trying to buy a Note 4 from a Koodo kiosk a couple of years ago.

No worries Joel. The kiosk won't have an issue as they do run on the point-of sale system.
