Product red i phone 8
I am having the same problem! I don’t have ang balance owing at all. I try and do the same exact phone in a different colour and the order goes through, it’s only the Red that keeps giving me that message “whoops something went wrong. Please try again”! This is very frustrating. I have emailed Koodo and tried everything they recommended and it doesn’t work! Apparently it is only self serve so I can’t even order through a Koodo Rep either!
