Why won't it let you what part is it getting stuck on for you?
If your already a customer make sure you've paid off any tab owing already in full.

Works for me, try deleting your browsers History cookies and cache and then attempt to do it again.
If that doesn't work try a different browser.
Are you a new customer?
If not do you have your tab paid off in full already?

I am having the same problem! I don’t have ang balance owing at all. I try and do the same exact phone in a different colour and the order goes through, it’s only the Red that keeps giving me that message “whoops something went wrong. Please try again”! This is very frustrating. I have emailed Koodo and tried everything they recommended and it doesn’t work! Apparently it is only self serve so I can’t even order through a Koodo Rep either!

If you have checked and the problem was from the red color then you might have to contact Koodo directly to ask them to fix. I would suggest you send message to their Facebook to report the problem.(or call 611)
