I transferred from Public Mobile. My plan was finally set up on March 4th, but my billing cycle ends on March 17th. That seems wrong.

I'm one of those people who transferred from Public Mobile.  My plan was finally set up on March 4th in store, but my billing cycle ends on March 17th.  That seems wrong.  How can I get that dealt with?

That is normal with Koodo.  This first week-ish will be pro-rated

The billing credit gets applied after your first or second bill.  If you dont see it by your 3rd bill, let us know
