I think Koodo link my account to wrong email address, because I didn't receive email bill. How to fix it.

I receive a text told me that my bill is ready week ago. I didn't get any email. And I login my account online, it shows nothing, with no phone attached, still showing my old information from 3 years ago. I think Koodo may link my phone to wrong email address by mistake. Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks.

You'll need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page and they can clear the old account for you then send you a new email to set up your account

Billing issues need be addressed directly to Koodo, not through the retailers.
