I didn't get a chance to pay off my negative koodo tab balance before porting my # to a telus plan, but now when i go to Koodo online, i only see the other numbers, I do not see my leftover unpaid tab nor is it reflecting in my next bill payment...how do i pay koodo my dues?

They will send you a final bill included remaining tab and overage charges if any.
You will receive it after your old bill date.

ok so I don't have to worry about them sending me to collections or anything drastic like that? I know it may sound silly but I was trying to pay it and it freaked me out that it was all gone all of a sudden...

No, positive Tab can only be used against the purchase of a new phone.

From experience with customer service, since you already ported out, customer service wouldn't even be able to credit the closed Koodo account, even if it could be justified. In theory, even if they wanted to credit your buy-out (off-set by the accumulated tab credit), the system won't allow them to do it.
