I suspended my account 5 months ago because I was going out of the country. I will be back in Canada by the end of the week. How do I reactivate my account? Can I do it online or I have to call Koodo customer service?
When you say suspended, do you mean that you closed your account or you put it on season hold plan (15$/month)?
If you put it on season hold, you just need to change your plan for an currently offered plan. That's it. If you closed your account, you would need to reopen one since your old account has vanished after 90 days.
