I suspended my account 5 months ago because I was going out of the country. How do I reactivate my account?

I suspended my account 5 months ago because I was going out of the country. I will be back in Canada by the end of the week. How do I reactivate my account? Can I do it online or I have to call Koodo customer service?

Hello Lise,

When you say suspended, do you mean that you closed your account or you put it on season hold plan (15$/month)? 

If you put it on season hold, you just need to change your plan for an currently offered plan. That's it. If you closed your account, you would need to reopen one since your old account has vanished after 90 days.

Oct. 7--My Iph6 wanted to update 'software' and I pressed ok (not thinking) Now I'm locked out and ph is asking me for code to iOS 11.0.2 so it can finish setting up. I don't know the code...

@Pat: what was the message on iphone? was it related to icloud? If it was a icloud lockout, you have to contact Apple. Koodo didn't require "code" to sign on to iPhone.

I have an Iphone6. It asked me if I wanted to update software and I hit yes. Now, when I turn my ph on it is saying : "Enter your passcode to finish updating iOS11.0.2." I don't know the passcode so can't enter it and I can't get past this screen. Pat

@Pat: this is the device passcode lock, It has nothing to do with Koodo. If you are the owner of the iphone, you are supposed to know it. You could ask Apple the detail though https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204306

You will also be asked for your iTunes login at some point.

Hello Lise! I see that you're on the Seasonal Hold plan. In order to get your service working, you'll need to log into your Self-Serve here http://koo.do/2eb7PAT and just choose the plan you want. Then your service will back up and running :)
