I sent a message to you guys about a month and a half ago to which I didn’t receive any message back. My question is why are all the new customers getting the deals and not your loyal ones. All I wanted was the deal where you got 2 kB for 1 that you guys offered to new students and on mother’s day. Mom on a fixed income and wanting the deal like every one else. I have 2 right now but during the summer it’s not enough and I don’t want to pay a extra 5 to increase my plans for something I use for 3-4 months a year.. it’s time to give loyal customer a break. I have been with TELUS/ Koodo for 15 years and still only have 2 kB :(((((((((((. Not fair !!!!

There are deals for currents customers and deals for new customers. Each are different and in the end you can't make everyone happy. Next time one of those deals comes around and Koodo wont extend the offer to you, you may honestly be better to switch to another carrier who is offering the same deal.

There have been some double data promos that existing customers had access to in the past few months though. You also just need to keep an eye on on the plans page and catch the deals while theyre there.

As for messaging Koodo, where did you message them? One of our most suggested ways is to contact them via facebook or twitter via a private message.

How much do you currently pay for you plan and how many GB do you have?

@Karen: where did you send your message? The forum here was mainly for customer interactions. I am a customer like you. What is your rate plan as of now?

on the other note, Koodo has just turned 10 this year...
