I returned a new phone webstore put back the tab but they still did not credit the tab from the bill and now iam getting charged late fee

We are a community of customers here and don't have access to individual accounts or transactions. Best bet would be to contact customer service via their Facebook page rather than hanging on hold for things to get sorted out.
