I referred my wife to Koodo almost 2 month ago, and each of us supposed to get $50 on bill, but nothing happened yet?

Hi Hamed - I'm able to pull up your account, I'm also able to pull up your profile created to send referrals, but I don't see any action initiated to redeem the referral offer. Your account only shows one active line, so assuming your wife has her own account? If you're able to share her phone number, I'll be able to better understand what's happening.

I can remove the number once you've shared it, for privacy. Or, if you feel more comfortable sharing in private, please send us a direct message through Facebook (please reference this thread if you go down that path).

I'm able to pull up her account in our system, but unable to retrieve a profile at koodo.com/refer - nothing matching her phone number, email address, nor name. Do you know if she created a profile before activating and followed these steps?
