I recently changed the name in my sim card and now I am not able to view my usage or anything on the self serve page.

I have a galaxy Note 5 and first thing, I am not able to install the app. That aside, I am not even able to view my usage on my laptop because of some internal error. Please look into this issue ASAP. Thanks.

Koodo doesn't support the app any longer, Varshaa. As for the internal error, what exactly does it say? Have you tried another browser or clearing your cookies?

Another thing to also try is incognito / private tab of your browser.
