I received a text for "Optional U.S Roaming Add-ons" replied YES and got charged differently then the add-on specified.

I was is the USA, received the text below, and replied with "YES" for the roaming add-on (Most Popular) but my bill doesn't reflect this.

Interesting, as usually you would text '10All' to 4545 for that particular add-on.  I've not heard of this before, and it may be new, and having teething pains.  If a Koodo employee does not jump in by this time tomorrow, contacting Koodo directly might be the next sensible step.

On the other hand, isn't there supposed to be a cap at which koodo warns you that you went over your "limit" of 50$ roaming charges?

@ User..............doesn't look like there was any roaming feature added. Notifications were also sent about your roaming data spend via SMS. The below would be an example:
