I registered my sim card already, why does it say that I am not enrolled.

So did you put in the proper Sim card that you registered? What are you trying to sign in to? Self-serve is a separate registration process.

Well, first, you need to insert the right SIM card. Then you need to go to Self-serve and choose 'Change my phone' and enter the new SIM card number in the appropriate location.

Well, it seems the phone is working now, I haven't try the Data Add-on.  A fter I insert the sim card, I have to wait more than  two to get it work.  Thank you very much.
