Please help me. I put my son account on hold starting at midnight and I noticed that he needs his phone in the airport. aHow can i cancel my request before it is getting through?
I called koodo and tehy are closed.can anybody help me?

You put it on seasonal hold? All you have to do select a new plan in self serve.

If the request hasn't gone through yet then you can try the callback option mentioned above.
If the request has gone through then you will have to select from Koodo's current plans. When you put your account on seasonal hold you can't always get the same plan you had before back. You chose from the current plans Koodo offers.
