I put 35 on to get the plan for 35 but it took my old plan which I didn't want.. Can you fix it now?

You would have had to change your plan on self-serve before you topped up. At this point you'd have to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and speak with a rep. Explain the situation and they should be willing to fix this for you. You won't be charged a fee to call-in for this issue
