I purchased a replacement phone for one that was stolen. I have 3 lines. Line 3 was stolen, phone was purchased with line 1 tab. After activating the new phone and sim on line 3 . Line one has lost network connectivity? Help

The change phone option shows the new phone as active device on both line 1 and 3 so that's the problem. When I try to change it it asks me to enter sim number I'm using the same sim. So it says it's already in use and won't update to the original device.
