Not happy. Koodo misspelled my name on my account and I can't get into self-serve to pay, so I have to pay $10 to correct their carelessness? I can't talk to phone support, too early for them,and and the kiosk at the mall does not open until 12 noon toronto time.
For anyone else who's reading. Koodo only charges you to make changes you could make yourself via self serve. There is never a charge for tech support or billing support. That being said, hold times for support over the phone are very long and you'll get much better service by following Bernard's suggestion above.
