I paid my tab balance through my bank account the same way I do my monthly bills. Now it's saying my account has a credit of the amount I paid. Meaning it did not go towards my TAB. I don't want to call in and have to pay $10 just to have them switch it to the tab balance. Will that be my only option in the end?

You cannot have extra money go toward the tab. You can either pay it monthly over 24 months or pay it in full at any time you choose.

When you decided to pay off your tab, you log into self serve and go to "View tab balance" > then you have option to pay off your tab.
Your Tab balance will be added to your next bill.

Example: If you have $200 tab balance. Your plan is $40
 > They will send you a bill of $240.

If you just pay Tab balance without this process, system recognize it as overpayment. That's why you got a credit on your account.

I would log into self serve and choose "Pay off my Tab". You will receive a bill included tab balance.
But you already have credit on your account, so total amount will be adjusted.

yes that is why i have it shown as a credit. I tried to pay it off the "pay off tab" on the website but the website was not working. so ask i replied above, just paid it off as if it were a bill. hoping it'll go towards my remaining balance. I will still call in either way to see if i can have the amount paid moved over to my tab balance.

I would like to pay my tab balance but when I go to view tab all I get is Green screen. I can't do anything but view my bill that I paid off in full ..
