I paid my phone bill online. First 2 times I received an error but third time it was paid but the money is deducted from my bank account three times

@Mayalon08: Yes, you could. Koodo has multiple ways of contacts. However, they are a self-serve brand. Customers are encouraged to do everything in selfserve. When you could not or have issue, then the next step is contacting Koodo. If you can do something in selfserve but choose to ask the agent to do it, you might get charged.

More than likely the money went to Koodo 3 times as well. You can contact them to request the money back but It might take a while for Koodo to get done. The easier thing to do is just leave the money there and your bill is paid for 3 months.

@Aiman, only one payment would actually come through. If there was more, one would be in a credit position and that would show up online on you Koodo account. The other 2 attempts will be reversed by your credit card company.

The extra withdrawals were never transferred to us. Only one Aiman.

They will be back on your bank account. As I mentioned the extra deductions were never transferred to us. The bank will reconcile this. Not sure what time frame they work with but if you don't it back on your account in the next 48hrs let us know here.
