Paid my amount of 84.49 I got texted and eBilled on time for June 26th (Paid by June 23rd), Now its showing I owe 84.79 due June 26th on one page, and July 1st on a different view of my Bill. My new billing cycle for July started on the 1st, Could that be why? it just hasn't registered yet?

Hi Alexis,

I do not fully understand what you are explaining regarding your billing issue

Can you download and review the detailed ebill for the most recent invoice and the previous invoice?

What are the difference in charges between the two?

I recieved my bill for the month of June due June 26th, it was 84.49 , i paid my bill by June 23rd the 84.49, but now I have a new amount of 84.79 showing up as my amount oweing for the Month of June due June 26th. Which makes no sense since I paid my bill due June 26th.

Any reason why your "new billing cycle for July started on the 1st"?  Did you make changes to your plan, or are you a new user?

Then your upcoming PDF invoice, downloadable from self-serve should detail the changes to your account. Your billing date should not change, but there should be adjustments to your bill due to the changes you made. There should be fees from June 26 to July 1, and other fees from July 2 to July 25, putting you back on your regularly scheduled billing period.
