I paid my bill 2 days ago through online td bank so how can I be sure that my payment is done

Call Koodo (611 - Billing) and ask if the payment has gone through. Since the funds were deposited on the weekend, it will take a few days to process. When you made the payment, TD generates a payment confirmation code. Give the rep the confirmation code and mention the exact date payment was made.

Why not log in to self serve account to see payment received instead of calling in? The phone agent has the same info that we see on our self serve accounts.  Plus, if you want your payment to be immediate for next time, use your credit card payment and pay your bill in your self serve account,  It takes about 3 days for the bank to send out their payments

The payment may not show up on self serve due to the time it takes to process payment. Alerting the billing department to the fact you've paid your bill and have proof of payment will avoid a possible late payment problem.

General rule of thumb for online bill payments is to allow minimum 3 Business Days for a payment to go through. If you paid on Friday (or on the weekend) 3 BD's would be Wednesday, and, depending on the Institution and the system they use it may be the end of the third day when your payment is made.
Check your online banking for any message that states how long it may take to make your payment and adjust the payment schedule accordingly.
