I emailed them to see about the my status of order. They emailed back saying it was out of stock ( this is like a week and half after I ordered). Still charged my credit card so now I have to wait for a refund which messed up me being able to order another phone. All the Email said was make a whole new order but now I can't use the small tab choice. So if I want a phone still I have to get the refund (still waiting) then order again and see if itshe in stock. Kind of a waste of time at the point I think plus the number to call just never answeres. Terrible customer service to say the lest.
