I never understand why i should pay that much amount!!!!!!

hi i never ever understand why i should pay $166.61. I bought a blackberry phone on june i guess. (i don't remember well.) But I returned it within 1 week and i never used any data and call. so when i returned it, a staff told me that i didn't need to pay at all!!!! and i got an mail 2-3 times from koodo that i should pay some!!! but in the blank of the amount of payment was zero! (I can show you!) but you guys keep sending mail. but i just ignored because i thought you make mistakes and then suddenly i got a mail that i should pay $166.61.
I want to call you! but i left from canada and i don't stay there anymore. My friend who lived with me got those mails!
Please check my account what happened!
Did I made mistake?
or Didn't a staff cancle my account or do something?

When i want to check my history or usage, they mention "Sorry, you are not authorized to access this information."
What????? So should i just pay even though i don't know the reason why in my account it costs $166.61?
I can't pay at all. I never understand. please answer me. please check my account!!!

i want to ask one.
if i return a phone within 1 week without using call or data, i pay nothing, right?
But why did it cost to my account?
and on the bill of august - november there's mobile services price.

I bought a phone on 30 June and i cancled my phone on first week of july. but why was i still having a mobile service although i have no phone now?

I guess a staff didn't cancle my phone. that's why it happened.
please check. i cannot pay. because i already canceled my account.

Well, if you paid full price for your phone up front than you owe nothing. From what it sounds like though you used koodo's tab, a sort of an interest free loan that allows you to pay less up front. When you cancel the account you have to pay that off. I'm just a koodo customer though and can see your bill. Take a screenshot and uploaded here and we can tell you right away what is with your bill.

i want to show you a proof that i canceled my account but i don't have now and i don't know where i put it exactly.

But i can see my usage on the bill.
from on 4th of july there's no usage.

i guess it proves that i didn't use my phone at all so far from 4th july.
So it could prove that i don't have a phone, i returned it for sure and canceled it.
