I never being went to another country but my bill is showing international text roaming charges, why is that?

Were you at any point near the US border? If you have roaming enabled on your phone, you can connect to a US carrier by accident when you're near the border.

yes I went near to US border in fact my university is located nearby border. Can I ask Koodo to remove those charges? considering it as accident?

You also may wish to go to settings > mobile networks > Network operators, and switch off 'Select automatically', so you are not similarly charged for usage in the future. Choose Koodo or Telus, from the options which come available to you.
