Supposed to do it through self serv but that doesn't work and says I need to call the 800 number again to do it from a different phone. I don't have a different phone and I've already spent an hour on hold to try and get them to use the actual phone number I gave them when I started to switch over. I don't want to waste another hour oh hold, even though I'm already 15 minutes in. They'll be closed before they get back to me and from what I can tell from their email, won't open again until Tuesday.

"I need to unlock my iPhone 6 to work with Koodo" Does that mean you bought your iphone 6 somewhere else?

Yes. I bought it with bell. My contract with them has expired.

You would need to contact Bell then. Only the original seller of the phone can do a free unlock, especially iPhone.

If you don't know who the original seller is, try with a friend that has a line with Bell.

Just for clarification, anyone can unlock from Bell for free as long as the phone is not reported stolen
