I need to talk to a rep

I was just on hold for 2 hours until the call centre hung up on me, I need to talk to an agent and don't want to wait another two hours is there an option to have them call me when available?

If you really need to call, then you could call them early in the morning (right after 9am), where the queue is short.
You could also send a message to their facebook, they will respond to your answer later, and you could avoid the wait.

Besides calling, messaging them on Facebook /Twitter also works. Might have to wait a bit for replies though.
