Each line / number should have its own bill amount owing at the bottom of the tally of charges.... Is there no total when you click on each line / number?

I can't locate an account matching your name or email, Cheryl.
Is this your first bill? (Or first bill since bringing in your old number to Koodo?) You're likely seeing two numbers because we would have set your account up with a temporary number before bringing your old number over to Koodo. Typically partial charges are from the start of service until the old number was fully ported in (usually a day's worth, if done on the same day as activation). First bill would also include any charges leading up to the start of your bill cycle (remember, all carriers charges a month in advance).
This might help explain things further.

No this is not my first bill. I have been with koodo for many years. The amount showing for each separate phone number is different from the total amount oweing.

Have you downloaded the full invoice from Self-serve? It usually has all there details of the billing, and the totals either should add up, or you can see where the discrepancy is.

You may find a Private Message to Koodo's Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account is more time efficient than calling.
