I live in Kirkland lake currently but I'm moving to northbay. I will be making many trips back home up north and want to make sure my phone will get service. Thanks

Koodo uses Telus towers as they are owned by Telus

From the information I'm reading, there are no Telus towers in either the North Bay or Kirkland Lake regions, (tower mapping data was last updated February 16, 2015 according to the link below). In northern communities, Telus has a tower sharing agreement with Bell.

Why would there be a place in the mall in north bay to get koodo phones? That doesnt make sense lol

In this case, Telus simply piggybacks their services on to Bell towers. It's been that way for quite awhile now.

Hey Drew!

You should be able to access our network. Click here to check the coverage in this area: http://koo.do/JbHkbm. However please note that it might get difficult to receive a good signal because of your surroundings.

Thank you.
