I need help setting up my new phone.

I currently have 3 phone numbers on one account with Koodo for business purposes.  I needed to add a 4th number to the account and recently purchased and S8 online for this purpose (while logged into my account).  The phone arrived in the mail and the directions stated to log onto my Self-Serve account in order to get the phone up and running.  I logged into my existing Self-Serve account, however, I can't find any instructions to go further, and I still only see the 3 phone numbers I already had on the account (no 4th number has been added). 

Please let me know what I need to do next in order to get this phone up and running!

You'll need to call and contact customer service and have them activate your sim card on the account.

@Stephanie: Where did you receive the instruction? was it from an email? I think you have to click on the registration link from the email to add that number to your account.
