Late topping up

I was late topping up and after having more than enough money in my account it says my base plan expired. I have been late before and it never did this. I emailed koodo and i have to wait but i am too impatient. Can someone tell me what to do?

You have to have a base plan. You could have money on your prepaid account, say for minutes or data but without a base plan you can't use it. Base plans need to be bought every month.

Call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and tell them you have enough money in your account now. They will help you to reconnect your service.

Maybe they gave you "one time forgiveness" before. but if you didn't renew/top up your account on time they may,can,will cut you off .

I've had this bug too, Alexandria. As Mayumi said you can call Koodo and they will renew it for you manually. Dialing 611 will work too :)
