I need customer service in english

I opened my account few days ago and i got notifications in french. Try to set up my voicemail then instructions are in french. Called customer service which they instructed me in french. I need someone to answer in english to change set up my account in english.

Hello Kirhin,

When you call customer service, you can opt for English speaking, no? I think that your account has been set up as being french so that's why you get everything in french.

Send Koodo a private Message from their Facebook Page, and they should be able to switch the language option for you.

If you set up an account in Quebec, by default the language of communication will be French. You can change the language of your voicemail by going thru the set-up process, but to change your billing, etc. you have to contact Koodo.
