hi Leah,
Which watch was it? Was that an Apple watch 3? Koodo don't support SIM for the watch 3.

If you would like to use it with a plan, you need to check in with Telus https://www.telus.com/en/bc/mobility/accessories/product/apple-watch-series-3

A total ripoff when Virgin and Fido have 3gb for 15 dollars. The only upside is it's part of a share plan for your main line. But it's also much more for an equivalent plan with the flanker brands.

Koodo offers the best plans for the dollars. Fido data only is $15 month. Too much when combining different carriers.

Are you on a prepaid plan. you could activate it here: https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/

If you want a postpaid plan, you  need to order it in your selfserve.

You can activate another line in your selfserve and a new SIM is shipped to you.

If you want to use the SIM (that you had), you can visit a Koodo kiosk (or wowmobile, bestbuy) and ask them to activate a new line with that SIM.

To my recollection, smart watches use data-only plans, which Koodo does not offer.
