Hi S,

Could you give a bit more information as to what you are trying to do? I'm a little confused with your request.

Trying to port a Koodo number to another carrier. I just found my client account number through a lot of searching so going to try that....but last week did find a number with (similar initials) but they say it was wrong

I see. All your account information should be on the first page of your e-bill available in self serve. Have you already cancelled your Koodo account by any chance?

Are you referring to your account pin? This is something you would have setup awhile ago when you first got your account. You can login to self serve and reset it there i believe if you dont remember it.

"They"... Could you ask "They" what number they are requiring in order to port over to them?  usually the carrier receiving the port can give you more details as it is their terminology.

My guess is the IPN is the phone number. <I> <P>hone <N>umber

You should mainly require your account number...ideally you need your bill with you for all info they might ask for.
