All the contact options for Koodo are contained in the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Be aware that phone conversations often have a long waiting period, while posts here, or private messages through Facebook or DM through Twitter may be less time consuming.

You can change plans any time you want yourself by logging into Self Serve. Just be sure it's compatible with your current Tab structure and you should be fine. It usually warns you if there's a problem.

However, you can't transfer/pay off Tabs with another phone on the same account, so you're out of luck there.

Jim, if I understand your question clearly the answer, unfortunately is that you can't use tab credits on one line to pay off another lines "debt". Just wanted to save you an unnecessary call and long wait on the phone to get the same answer.

... and what do I do if every time I click 'Contact Us' I wait and wait and wait only to get a '504 Gateway Timeout' error?

Try clearing your cookies or using a different browser. It is working just fine for me. What is your problem though? We can probably help you out here and save you having to call in.

In trying to get my daughter set up with a Koodo phone the account needed to be set up in my name since she neglected to bring photo ID to the store where we set up the account.  They said that I'd need to go online and add her as an Administrator (or so I thought...), but all I could find was the role of Owner and Manager, but in either case I couldn't find anywhere on the Role Management page how to add another person.

Owner and Manager can be done via self serve, for Administrator you'll have to contact Koodo. You can send them a pm via Facebook or Twitter.
